Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation of the appointment must be notified BEFORE 24 Hours leading up to the Appointment Time. Cancellations can be notified either by E-Mail (allihardsphotography@yahoo.com) or by Text Message (07557504435). To reschedule, please E-Mail BEFORE 24 hours leading up to the Appointment Time. Clients must be aware that Mini-Session Appointments are limited and operate on a first-come-first-serve basis, and rescheduling for the same Mini-Session may not always be possible, however every effort to do so will be made. Clients are advised to arrive at the Studio Space 10-15 minutes BEFORE the appointment time. If the client arrives late to the appointment and the appointment is not able to be carried out, no refund will be given. If the client fails to appear for the Appointment Booked, no refund will be given.
